Windhoek, Namibia – January 28, 2025 – Telecom Namibia and the National Housing Enterprise
(NHE) today solidified their commitment to transforming Namibia’s housing landscape through a
strategic partnership focused on the development of smart housing. The two leading organizations
signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) outlining a comprehensive framework for
collaboration on ICT infrastructure, digital services, and affordable housing solutions.
