General Conditions
- Applicants must pass NHE vetting processes in order to be considered
- Applicants shall be required to complete NHE Application Form
Individuals
- Latest Payslip/s not older than two months (both spouses)
- ID/s or certified copies of ID (both spouses)
- Marriage certificate
- Government Housing Scheme Form valid for 6 months (Government Employees)
- Latest 3 months Bank statements (if you are recieving a housing subsidy from your employer)
- 12 months bank statements (if you are self-employed)
- A deposit of 10% of the value of the property (self employed and people without housing allowance or subsidy)
