Latest Payslip/s not older than two months (both spouses)
ID/s or certified copies of ID (both spouses)
Marriage certificate
Government Housing Scheme Form valid for 6 months (Government Employees)
Latest 3 months Bank statements (if you are recieving a housing subsidy from your employer)
12 months bank statements (if you are self-employed)
A deposit of 10% of the value of the property (self employed and people without housing allowance or subsidy)
