General Conditions

  • Applicants must pass NHE vetting processes in order to be considered
  • Applicants shall be required to complete NHE Application Form

Individuals

  • Latest Payslip/s not older than two months (both spouses)
  • ID/s or certified copies of ID (both spouses)
  • Marriage certificate
  • Government Housing Scheme Form valid for 6 months (Government Employees)
  • Latest 3 months Bank statements (if you are recieving a housing subsidy from your employer)
  • 12 months bank statements (if you are self-employed)
  • A deposit of 10% of the value of the property (self employed and people without housing allowance or subsidy)
