Erikson Pendapala Mwanyekange is an expert in Local Economic and Business Development with specific focus on Local Government Institutions and State-Owned Enterprises. He brings with vast knowledge and experience in areas of Properties Administration, Project Management, Public Private Partnerships as well as that of Strategic Management. He is a proven experienced senior executive in Local Authorities business environment. His expertise is complemented with over twelve (12) years in Local Economic Development and Properties Administration, with a strong foundation engrained from his initial academic carrier. He is currently employed as the Strategic Executive: Community & Economic Development at the Otjiwarongo Municipality. Erikson holds a Master of Public Administration, a Bachelors of Public Administration (Honors), a Diploma in Local Government Studies from the University of Namibia. He also obtained a Diploma in Project Management, from the Namibia Business School (NBS) of the same University.

Mr. Oshiveli Hiveluah is a professional engineer (civil) with extensive experience ranging across many disciplines which includes the design and supervision of rural and urban services (roads, water, sewer & aerodromes studies). He is a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) from the University of the Witwatersrand as well as a master’s degree in Transportation Engineering from the University of Cape Town. He has more than fifteen (15) years of experience in the engineering industry comprising of planning, budgeting, design, contract supervision and administration of engineering projects in Namibia.
